From the 9th of May 2006 the registrations to the Festival are opened.
DEADLINE: 11th of August 2006 (...no more registrations)
It's finished the first edition of the SHORT MOVIE FESTIVAL. Beyond to the presence of approximately 30 young participants, coming from every part of Europe, a great affluence of public have visited the Festival. In the evening of the 10th of september, at the Potenza's Theatre “Francesco Stable”, the jury has declared the winners.

 The SHORT MOVIE FESTIVAL YOUTH IN ACTION runs in the framework of the “All Different, All Equal” European Youth Campaign for Diversity, Human Rights and Participation.
The project wants to realise a festival of short movies completely ideated and realised from young people between 18-35 years old about youth problems.

 "All different, All equal" is the call of the Council of Europe for Diversity, Human Rights and Participation.
In 1995 – 50 years after the end of World War II – the Council of Europe ran a European Youth Campaign entitled “All Different – All Equal” in order to reinforce the fight against racism, anti-Semitism, Xenophobia and Intolerance.
